Levinthal, Bernard

Levinthal, Bernard
(1865-1952)
   American Orthodox rabbi, of Lithuanian origin. He emigrated to the US in 1891 and became rabbi of Congregation B'nai Abraham in Philadelphia. He served as head of the United Orthodox Rabbis of the United States and Canada. In addition he helped to establish the Mizrahi Organization of America.
